What the form collects
- The name, email address, organisation and message you enter. Nothing else is collected from you.
- These details are emailed to us so we can reply. They are not added to a marketing list and not sold or shared.
- Email delivery is handled by Resend, which processes the message in transit on our behalf.
- We keep enquiry correspondence while there is an active conversation, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
The files you send us
- Analytical data supplied for an engagement is used only to produce your results.
- It is returned with the results and is not kept, reused, or used to train anything.
- It is never shared with other clients or third parties.
- Automation we deploy runs on your infrastructure. We hold no copy of the data it processes.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics to see how it is used: which pages are visited, how people find them, and the general location, device and browser of each visit. Google Analytics sets cookies so it can tell visits apart; it does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it for advertising. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on. The site also uses Vercel Analytics, which counts page views without cookies. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the request in order to deliver the font files.
Access and correction
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, through the enquiry form on our homepage. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
